The PentaTr@ining course ‘Viral Hepatitis in Children’ kicks off on 7th October and will run until 13th December on our dedicated online training platform.
The in-depth programme is led by our faculty panel of international experts from the Penta ID Network. The course consists of interactive clinical cases with animations and voice narrations, lively discussion forums, live Q&A webinars and a wealth of further educational resources. Moreover, the course is a unique networking opportunity for participants, with the chance to engage with a wide range of delegates and leading experts from around the globe.

- Infectious hepatitis in childhood – chronic & acute
- Hepatitis B virus – virology
- HBV infection in children – diagnosis, staging, monitoring
- Prevention of vertical & horizontal transmission of HBV
- Antiviral treatment & indications for treatment of HBV
- Hepatitis C virus – viral genome, replication, heterogeneity
- HCV virus infection in children
- Diagnosis, staging & monitoring of HCV in children
- Antiviral treatment & indications for treatment of HCV
ESPID members will receive a special discounted rate, and the fee will be fully waived for LMIC delegates – however please note that LMIC places are limited.
