The APRU Global Health Conference 2024, “Harmonizing Human and Planetary Health Through Innovation, AI, and Digital Transformation,” was co-hosted by the School of Global Health, Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University, and the Association of Pacific Rim Universities (APRU) on 4-6 November 2024 in Bangkok Thailand. Researchers, students, and conference attendees were encouraged to submit abstracts to be presented at the the conference as either an oral or poster presentation, highlighting the incredible range of multidisciplinary interests that intersected with, and had the potential to meaningfully affect, global health equity and sustainability. These abstracts were then reviewed by an international review panel and the organizing committee, under the following tracks:

- Track B Health Financing, Geopolitics, Bioethics, and Education
- Track C Climate Change, Pollution, and Planetary Health
- Track D Health Systems
- Track E Non-Communicable Diseases
- Track F Communicable Diseases
A selection of the submissions were then curated and published in a special edition of the Journal of Medical Bioscience, Vol. 6 No. Suppl 1 (2024): Supplement, which can be found through the following link and downloadable PDF below.
