Research Unit of Hepatitis and Liver Cancer

The Research Unit of Hepatitis and Liver Cancer was founded in 2012 as a multi- disciplinary collaboration in the Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University. The team includes specialists and experts in hepatology, hepatic surgery, radio-intervention, histopathology, immunology, biochemistry and molecular biology. The Research Unit also collaborates with other medical institutions in Thailand and abroad. Current research focuses on high-quality basic science, translational and clinical aspects of various liver diseases with their potential to solve the country’s health problems.
