The School of Global Health, along with the MDCU Foundation and the Thai Red Cross Society, was honored to host the symposium “Global Health in Nursing: Trends & Challenges” at the Bhumisiri Mangkhalanusorn Building, King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, on Friday, 4 October 2024. Over 170 nurses attended the symposium.
Dr. Dennis Carroll, Chair of the Global Virome Project Leadership Board and Scientific Advisory Committee member for the School of Global Health, presented “Future Trends and Challenges in Global Health Nursing.”
Prof. Dr. Siriorn Sindhu, President of the Nurse’s Association of Thailand, presented “Strategic Movement of Thai Nurses in Response to Global Health Challenges.”
